Dear SL,
1. I will reply to your second question first with regards to Quantum Leap in Feng Shui.
2. If one is talking about Quantum Leap in countries that have scarcity in land, quantum leap is now harder to achieve.
3. For example, in Singapore, in the olden days or during the 1960's; many who may be quite well off can get hold of a home i.e. a bangalow with plot size of around 9,000 square feet or more.
4. Many of these houses are `whole' houses and such houses have distinctive features especially one where you can observe a house where it has a `head' and body.
5. And the house is sitting on reasonable good sites.
6. Nowadays.. in Singapore, unless you are a millionaire or multi-millonaire cannot afford to own such houses with land scarcity.
As a result, many live in flats or apartments with shared common areas.
7. In my opinion, the chance of continuing wealth is high especially if one has such type of house. It also depends on the land area and surrounding sites...
8. Where it concerns such bungalows, especially those with a head, there is a very high chance of prosperity for the breadwinner. Do not however, chop off it's head to rebuilt it. Or making the head too heavy as a result.
9. Therefore, the high probability of sucess is in my opinion a house with a `head'. The head can also be the grand entrance cover such as a car porche of wealthy people where it leads to the main entrance.
The above is just an overall summary. It is also dependent on the site.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
