Dear Phila,

1. As much as we should try to see if family members can be `placed' at favourable locations; this may not be possible; most of the time.

2. In my opinion, first priority should go towards placement based on Shapes and Form Feng Shui.

3. Here, the following considerations should be made:-

3.1. As mentioned under Para 2, top (first) priority must be given to placement under Shapes and Forms.

3.2 One should not `fit' the sitting positions e.g. of the `office' furniture and as a result; the flow in the dinning room becomes `odd' or bad.

3.3 You should consider, where the `entrance' / window areas are in the dinning room and place furniture that is functional.

3.4 In the dining room; another consideration is the Flying Star and whether the sectors are `balanced'.

3.5 I understand that under your circumstances it is difficult to apply the Eight House concept and this; I feel is of secondary importance as opposed to proper placement under Shapes and Forms.

3.6 If that particular sector is "auspicious" under Flying Star analysis; all the better.

Warmest Regards,
Cecil
