Based on Eight House theories, there is very little change or fixes that you can apply. The only thing which I can suggest is that if you are staying in your bad locations sector, what you can do to minimize it is to make sure that you sleep facing your good sectors, that way, you can reduce the influences.

Well, you cannot force someone to believe something. Just make "reasonable" changes especially those with good reasons. You know many Feng Shui advices are normally very environmentally friendly.

Well, I guess that is a growing up phase which is cannot be explained by Feng Shui.

So long as you feel comfortable at the moment, I don't think you need to worry much. Unless you are facing lots of difficulties or health related problems, I think it should be ok.

You should be more concerned with it if you have problems, otherwise best to leave it alone.
