Dear Hoa Luong,

1. Thank you for your description of the two rooms.

2. Under Ba Zi Feng Shui, the better room would still be at the West. As west is represented by the metal element as you are a weak water person. Your second best favourable sector is North.

3. Overall, it is secondary or minor concern if any on where your kitchen/garage dinning room etc.. is in relation to the room you are choosing for your office. So long as the Flying Star of the house is looked at and imbalances cured, this is not much of an issue.

4. For the room in the west, my only concern here is the afternoon sun. If the walls of the room is heated say around afternoon to around 5.00pm and if say it makes the room uncomfortable e.g. hot, then, my suggestion would to take the North/NE sector room instead.

Warmest Regards,
Cecil
